One-time cleaning or once per month: 450 SEK / incl. VAT per hour
Twice per month: 440 SEK / incl. VAT per hour

Holiday Homes
Key management / check-in and check-out of guests
- I make sure the key is present when guests arrive, I do a check-up so everything is definitely in order for the guests.
- I will welcome the guests, give explanations and answer any questions.
- After the stay I pick up the key again and I do another final check of the property.
- If any damage is caused by guests, I will take clear pictures and send them to you as soon as possible.

Holiday home cleaning
- Dusting of living room, bedrooms, office and hall
- Thorough cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and toilet
- Vacuuming and mopping the floors
- Washing sheets and towels if required (price on request)
- Bedding if required
Is the rental period over? Then I will also put your containers in a safe place if desired.

Washing bed linen and towels

Holiday home control
- Check all buildings for burglary and damage
- Garden check
- Possibly empty mailbox if required

6x check:
Incl. VAT: 450 SEK / per time
12x check:
Incl.VAT: 425 SEK / per time
Light garden work
- Light garden work such as clearing leaves
Price on request, depending on your wishes.
Snow shoveling
Price on request, depending on your wishes.
Travel expenses are 4kr per km.
RUT-avdrag is possible.
The above prices are excluding the RUT deduction, the RUT deduction will be applied later.

Ik ben niet zo van het aanbevelen, maar voor Misty Borghs maak ik een uitzondering. Ik heb met haar mogen samenwerken en ze is echt heel goed in haar werk! Verder zoeken is zonde van je tijd, zij is de beste in haar werk!
