Home cleaning
One-time cleaning or once per month: 450 SEK / incl. VAT per hour, ( 225 SEK / incl. VAT per hour after RUT-avdrag)
Twice per month: 440 SEK / incl. VAT per hour, ( 220 SEK / incl. VAT per hour after RUT-avdrag)
Four times per month: 430 SEK / incl. VAT per hour, ( 215 SEK / incl. VAT per hour after RUT-avdrag)
Deep cleaning

Moving cleaning

Holiday Homes
Key management / check-in and check-out of guests
- I make sure the key is present when guests arrive, I do a check-up so everything is definitely in order for the guests.
- I will welcome the guests, give explanations and answer any questions.
- After the stay I pick up the key again and I do another final check of the property.
- If any damage is caused by guests, I will take clear pictures and send them to you as soon as possible.

Holiday home cleaning
- Dusting of living room, bedrooms, office and hall
- Thorough cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and toilet
- Vacuuming and mopping the floors
- Washing sheets and towels if required (price on request)
- Bedding if required
Is the rental period over? Then I will also put your containers in a safe place if desired.
Price: 500 SEK / incl. VAT per hour, ( 250 SEK / incl. VAT per hour after RUT-avdrag)
Washing bed linen and towels
Price on request, depending on your wishes.
Holiday home control
- Check all buildings for burglary and damage
- Garden check
- Possibly empty mailbox if required
Price: 500 SEK / incl. VAT per hour.
Light garden work
- Light garden work such as clearing leaves
Price on request, depending on your wishes.
Snow shoveling
Price on request, depending on your wishes.
Travel expenses are 4kr per km.
RUT-avdrag is possible.
The above prices are excluding the RUT deduction, the RUT deduction will be applied later.
