1. General
These terms apply to all services provided by Mistys Städ och Husservice, unlessotherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
Mistys Städ och Husservice offers, among other things, cleaning, key management, and check-in/out services. The content and frequency of the services are agreedupon in writing via email or quote.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT, unless otherwisespecified.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
In case of late payment, an administrative fee of 50 SEK will be charged along withstatutory interest.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 working days in advance.
If cancelled within 5 working days, 25% of the agreed amount may be charged.
Cancellation and /or rebooking fees are not eligible for the RUT deduction.
If the client is not present or cannot provide access, the full amount will be charged.
5. Access to Property
The client must provide access via key or code. Mistys Städ och Husservice handles all keys and access information with the utmost care.
6. Liability
Mistys Städ och Husservice is insured for damages caused by negligence during theperformance of services.
Any damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of discovery. Mistys Städoch Husservice is not liable for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
7. Complaints and Resolution
If the customer is not satisfied with (all or part of) the cleaning service performed, this must be reported in writing within 72 hours after the service has been carried out. Mistys Städ och Husservice will then have the opportunity to remedy the deficiency free of charge within a reasonable time. Refunds will not be issued.
Payment of the invoice is automatically considered approval of the services performed and means that the customer can no longer make any claims regarding complaints.
8. Moving of heavy furniture and items
Mistys Städ och Husservice does not move heavy furniture or fixed household appliances. This includes, but is not limited to: ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, cabinets, and other heavy or fixed items.
Cleaning is performed only on and around easily accessible areas. Moving such items is the responsibility of the customer.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as illness, extreme weather, or car trouble), Mistys Städ och Husservice reserves the right to reschedule services without liabilityfor any resulting damages.
10. Privacy and Data
Personal data is used solely for communication and invoicing purposes. Information is never shared with third parties without consent.
11. Changes to Terms
Mistys Städ och Husservice reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
