Hej hej! I’m Misty, founder of Mistys Städ och Husservice. Originally from Belgium, but now enjoy living in Säffle, Sweden. With a passion for neatness, care and personal attention, I offer cleaning and housekeeping services in the area. I can help you with regular cleaning, key management, check-in/out, light garden work and (holiday) home inspections – ideal for both permanent residents and vacation home owners. Holiday Homes
Key management / check-in and check-out of guests
Key management & welcoming guests.
I make sure the key is present when guests arrive, I do a check-up so everything is definitely in order for the guests.
I will welcome the guests, give explanations and answer any questions.
After the stay I pick up the key again and I do another final check of the property.
If any damage is caused by guests, I will take clear pictures and send them to you as soon as possible.
Incl. VAT: 350 SEK / per time (bring and pick up keys)
Holiday home cleaning
- Dusting of living room, bedrooms, office and hall
- Thorough cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and toilet
- Vacuuming and mopping the floors
- Washing sheets and towels if required (price on request)
- Bedding if required
Is the rental period over? Then I will also put your containers in a safe place if desired.

The first 20 km (of the total kilometers, back and forth) are included in the prices above. Other travel expenses are 4kr per km. RUT-avdrag is possible.
